We currently ship within the United States. Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 10 business days. Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays or high volume.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns of unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery. If you wish to initiate a return, please contact us at contact.coatwise@gmail.com

Opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund for safety and hygiene reasons.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned product is inspected and approved.
